PURCHASE AND VALIDITY OF PASSES
Passes can be purchased based on the valid price list: in cash, with payment cards (BA and Maestro), and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners) at the cash desks at the lower and upper stations of the cable car during operating hours.
Vouchers for passes can be exchanged at the ATM at the lower station of the cable car.
The sale and control of passes are carried out via computer-operated cash registers and electronic readers. Visitors are required to register their pass on the electronic control devices when entering the facility. Visitors must show their pass to an authorized representative of the operator at any time and anywhere on the ski slope.
The pass control system is carried out under video surveillance, which is also indicated at the entrance stations to the cable cars and at the RTC Krvavec cash desks. By purchasing a pass, the buyer is also informed of this fact.
Video surveillance of pass control does not violate the privacy of buyers and users; it only compares video clips of the passage of individual passes based on the serial number of each pass, while complying with the legal provisions of the ZVOP-1 (Personal Data Protection Act).
Ski passes are sold exclusively on the so-called **KeyCard**. The KeyCard is a chip card on which all our ski passes can be electronically loaded. It allows contactless, i.e., simpler and faster passage through the readers/controllers when entering the cable car facilities. A deposit of **3 €** must be paid for the KeyCard when purchasing a ski pass. After skiing, the deposit for the undamaged KeyCard is refunded at the cash desk, or the undamaged KeyCard can also be used in the future. On the day of skiing, store it on the left side. Carry only one valid ski pass with you, as if you store multiple passes, several passes may be used at the same time, for which the company does not recognize a refund.
During the operation of the ski slope, complaints related to passes are resolved at the cash desk at the lower station of the Krvavec cable car.
In case of damage, the holder of a seasonal pass is entitled to an immediate replacement. The replacement of the pass is charged according to the price list.
A voucher for catering services at Plaža Krvavec worth **3% of the purchase**, issued on the invoice, is automatically generated when purchasing a pass. The customer is responsible for the voucher and invoice from the moment of receipt. Subsequent issuance of the voucher is not possible.
The validity period is stated on each ski pass sold. Passes purchased in advance or in regular advance sales have an expiration date marked at the bottom of the pass.
Validity of Passes:
- **Daily and hourly passes** allow one-time access and descent from the ski slope via the cable car on the day of first use.
- **Hourly passes** are valid on the day of purchase for the purchased time from the first entry to the cable car facility until the time expires (15 minutes are added for the cable car ride uphill). A ride downhill with the cable car is possible even after the time expires until the end of the cable car operation on the day of use.
- **Pre-purchased passes** (daily and 2-5 day passes in the season) are valid for two winter seasons, except for hourly passes, which are valid for only one winter season.

REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE AND LOSS OF PASS
During the operation of the ski slope, complaints related to passes are resolved at the cash desk at the lower station of the Krvavec cable car.
In case of damage, the holder of a seasonal pass is entitled to a proportional refund of the purchase price. The amount of the refund is calculated based on the number of days already used, using the actual value of the purchased pass and the current price of a daily pass. A refund is not possible if the holder of the seasonal pass has used it for so many days that it is considered fully used, or if the remaining value after the proportional calculation is less than the value of a daily ski pass.
A lost or damaged seasonal pass can be replaced by paying the replacement costs according to the price list.
MISUSE OF PASSES
Passes are non-transferable, except for transferable seasonal passes and 2–5 day passes in the season.
Users of passes purchased at a reduced price must, upon verification, present appropriate proof of entitlement to these discounts (student ID, personal ID, passport, etc.).
Attempted or actual misuse of a pass and violation of safe skiing rules are grounds for immediate confiscation of the pass. The company's authorized official is authorized to confiscate the pass.
