Purchase and Validity of Tickets
Tickets can be purchased based on the valid price list: with cash, debit cards (BA and Maestro), and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners) at the ticket offices at the lower and upper cable car stations during operating hours.
Vouchers can be exchanged for tickets at the machine at the lower cable car station.
Ticket sales and control are conducted through computer-controlled cash registers and electronic readers. Visitors must register their tickets at electronic control devices when entering the lift. Visitors are required to show their tickets to authorized personnel of the operator at any time and anywhere on the ski resort. The ticket control system is under video surveillance. Buyers are notified about this at the entry points to the lifts and at the RTC Krvavec ticket offices. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer acknowledges this fact.
The implementation of video surveillance of ticket control does not infringe on the privacy of buyers and users, but only compares video segments of the passage of each ticket based on the serial number of each ticket, respecting the legal provisions of ZVOP-1 (Personal Data Protection Act).
Ski tickets are sold exclusively on the so-called KeyCard. KeyCard is a chip card onto which all our ski tickets can be electronically loaded. It enables contactless, thus easier and faster passage past readers/controllers when entering lifts. A deposit of €3 must be paid for the KeyCard upon purchasing a ski ticket. After skiing, the deposit is refunded upon returning an undamaged KeyCard at the ticket office, or the undamaged KeyCard can be used again next time. On the day of skiing, keep it on your left side. Carry only one valid ski ticket with you, as using multiple tickets simultaneously may result in using multiple tickets at once, for which the company does not acknowledge reimbursement.
During the ski resort's operating hours, ticket-related complaints are resolved at the ticket office at the lower station of the Krvavec cable car.
Any damaged ticket will be replaced immediately. The replacement of the ticket is charged according to the price list.
A coupon for catering services at Plaža Krvavec worth 3% of the purchase value, issued on the receipt, is automatically generated when purchasing a ticket. The customer is responsible for the coupon and receipt from the moment of receipt. Subsequent coupon issuance is not possible.
The validity of each sold ski ticket is stated on it. The validity period of tickets purchased in advance or in pre-sale is indicated at the bottom of the ticket.
Seasonal, daily and hourly tickets allow a one-time access and descent from the ski resort with the cable car on the day of first use.
Hourly tickets are valid on the day of purchase for the purchased time counting from the first entry to the lift. (Bonus additional 15 minutes for the cable car ride up. The cable car ride down is possible even after the time has expired until the cable car's operating hours end on the day of use.)
Tickets purchased in advance (daily and 2-5 x daily ticket in the season) are valid for two winter seasons, except hourly tickets, which are valid for only one winter season.
The user of the 2–5 x daily ticket in the season freely selects the skiing days until the ticket is used up. The ticket is transferable, and only one day can be used from the ticket per day.

A child without a ski ticket is not insured on the lifts for the ski resort operator's liability case.

Departure to the valley from the Krvavec ski resort is possible until the end of the cable car's operation.

REFUND OF PURCHASE AND LOSS OF TICKET
During the ski resort's operating hours, complaints regarding tickets are resolved at the ticket office at the lower station of the Krvavec cable car. For faster processing of compensation claims, it is suggested that the consumer presents certain documents (a valid ski ticket on the day of the injury and an official report on the ski accident from the supervisor at the ski slope immediately after the incident). Ski slope visitors are advised to have a valid health insurance card with them.
ACTIVITIES ON THE SKI SLOPE, SKI SCHOOLS, TRAINING, AND COMPETITIONS
All activities on the ski slope require prior consent from the ski slope operator. Organized ski instruction on the ski slope can only be carried out by professionally qualified workers who obtain prior written consent from the operator.
The organizer of an event or competition on the ski slope must notify the competent administrative unit in advance. The organizer must conclude an agreement with the ski slope operator regarding the mutual relations for the use of the ski slope for the event or competition and must attach the event or competition notification. The event, training, and competition organizer must, at their own expense and with their own staff, physically separate the part of the ski slope used for the event, training, or competition from the rest of the ski slope with a tape and physically separate it from recreational areas (place warning signs!).
Before the event or competition begins, the organizer must provide their own rescue service, a doctor, and a permit from the competent administrative unit for organizing the event. It is recommended to insure the participants of the competition or training. After the event, the organizer must remove signs, protective measures, and other devices/tools from the slope.

During the times when the ski slopes and areas are closed, visitors to the ski center use the ski slopes (for walking, skiing, etc.) at their own risk; using them is life-threatening.
