TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SUMMER 2023

1. Visitors are advised

To check the weather and operating conditions of the mountain before the PURCHASE OF TICKETS

Before DEPARTURE TO THE MOUNTAIN for the reasons of personal safety to see the panoramic photo of the mountain on the information panel located on the lower or upper station of the cable car. Live TV picture can also be viewed on the internet page www.rtc-krvavec.si
To come to the mountain in appropriate gear and appropriate clothing, since parts of the mountains are situated in the range of the high mountains

2. Purchase and validity of tickets

Tickets can be bought according to the price list in cash, with bank cards (debit, Maestro) and credit cards (Visa, Diners, MasterCard) at the cashier’s desk and online.
Sale and inspection of the tickets is managed by computerized cashiers and electronic readers. The visitors are obliged to register the ticket on the electronic reader upon entering.
The visitors are obliged to show the ticket to the authorized staff of the resort before entering lifts or cable or starting activity.
Ticket verification is subject to video surveilance – visitors are notified of this fact at the cashiers' desk and at entrance to lifts. Buying a ticket means visitor is aware of this.
Video surveilance is subject to GDPR. We do not breach privacy regulations but only use the surveilance to compare different videos of gate passes of a ticket with the same serial number.
The ticket is valid only within the context of the data written on it: ticket type, ticket validity. Each ticket has a validity date printed on it.
The validity date cannot be changed for the already purchased tickets.
Tickets are non transferable.
Ticket for the Bike Park does not include the rental of bikes.
Ski passes are not valid during the summer season.

3. Refund and ticket loss

Bought tickets cannot be returned or refunded, except purchasing online.
Lost or damaged season ticket can be replaced upon payment of expenses for their change.

4. Ticket abuse

Use of the ticket bought at a discounted price on the basis of appropriate proof of age or status and digital watch tickets considered an abuse if used without identification cards.
Attempt or abuse of the ticket and violation of The terms and conditions for the use of Adventure Park, are a reason for an immediate dispossession of the ticket.
For the ticket abuse or The terms and conditions for the use of Adventure Park violation, the companies are entitled to report the violator's penal act to the police or to justice.

5. General regulations on lifts operations

All lifts operate on a self-service principe.
If the visitors require help when taking the chair or lift, they should, on time, ask for help the assistant staff at the lift station.
The visitors can order a special ride with the cable car out of the operating hours. The person placing this order pays the costs of the special start and cost of tickets according to the price list.
The company reserves the right to change the operating hours of the cable car, lifts, Bike park and the Adventure Park, due to technical, organizational, economic or natural reasons.

7. Rules and good manners on krvavec mountain area

On Krvavec we only walk and cycle on paths.
Taking off and landing of paragliders and hang gliders is not allowed in Adventure Park!
Dogs must be kept on a leash!
No rubbish may be dumped here! Please take rubbish to the valley or garbage bin.
Lighting fire and noise making is prohibited!
Please ensure that livestock have free pasture. Approaching livestock is not allowed and it is at your own risk. Leave precedence to livestock!

8. SAFETY, INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Group leaders and, in case of guiding programs (schools) instructors, are responsible for general safety of the groups.
In cases of dangerous leading of the group, the company can prohibit the continuation of activities on Krvavec.
The company does not take on any responsibility for body injuries and equipment damaging of the ticket owners and other individuals if the injuries occur as a consequence of: disobeying The terms and conditions for the use of Adventure Park, Specialized Bike Park Krvavec Rules and Terms of use, weather, signs and instructions of the lift manager, insufficient physical preparedness, insufficient sports equipment, using the Adventure Park, Bike park or lifts under the effect of alcohol and drugs, etc.
In case of causing the accident the company reserves right to start a penalty procedure or an offense procedure against the inducer.
The use of Adventure Park Krvavec and Bike Park Krvavec is associated with risk and the participants use it at their own responsibility. When purchasing tickets for Adventure Park Krvavec and Bike Park Krvavec each participant must fill a declaration form in which he/she states to have been familiarized with the terms of use and confirm it with a signature. Participants younger than 15 years of age must be informed of the rules by an adult person.

9. PARKING AND USE OF PARKING SPACES

Parking or use of parking spaces on the lower station of the cable car Krvavec is free of charge – the drivers must consider the traffic signalization.
The company does not assume any responsibility for the parked vehicles.

10. Terms and conditions for the use of the

10.1. LIFTS

On lifts it is forbidden to transport children or domestic animals in backpacks or on chest.
The transport of paragliders is permitted with the cable car and 4-seater chairlift, hang-gliders only with cable car.
Transport of domestic animals is possible only with a cable car on the mountain Krvavec.
During the transport on the cable car domestic animals must be appropriately secured (leash, muzzle or basket).
Unidirectional cable car tickets are valid for a single ride with the cable car and 4-chair lift Tiha dolina (during operating hours).
Return cable car tickets are valid for single ride in each direction which must be made on the same day.
Return cable car tickets are valid for a return ride with the cable car and 4-chair lift Tiha dolina (during operating hours) and does not include bike transfer.
Seasonal one-way cable car pass is made out to it's holder's name, has a photo and is non-transferable. It includes one cable car and one 4-chair lift ride per day. It cannot be used to transport a bicycle.

Owners of 2022/2023 seasonal ski passes are entitled to a 5% discount on any summer 2023 seasonal ticket. Discount is only available at the cashiers' desk at the lower cable car station.

10.2. Adventure park

Adventure Park Krvavec is appropriate for visitors older than 4 years, who do not have any mental problems with height and any other health problems, which may be risky or dangerous.
Adventure park is made up of 4 obstacle courses with a total of 36 elements:

Rules in the adventure park:
Before entering the park each visitor must complete theoretical and practical instructions on the rules of the park. Visitors confirm agreement with the rules with their signature.
Adults must present terms and conditions to visitors younger than 15 years of age and sign it them. Visitor with signature confirms that she/he read the terms and conditions and that use of Adventure park is on her/his responsibility.
On the mountain the user of Adventure Park activities must act responsible for himself and for others in order not to threaten or injure himself, others or facilities.
Visitors are aware to accept some risks related with climbing activities when using Adventure Park Krvavec and are fully responsible for their own safety.
Tiny objects, like: mobile phone, cameras, jewelry, sun glasses, est. are not allowed during the use in Adventure Park, because they can be dangerous for you or other visitors.
Long hair must be put into a pony tail.
Park may only be used with safety harnesses and when there is authorised staff present.
All staff / organizer instructions must be adhered to. Any disregard of the instructions may result with the removel from the Park.
Every user will be given special safety harnesses. Use of any other harnesses is now allowed.
Users are liable for any damage to the safety equipment resulting from negligence or incorrect usage.
We reserve the right to stop Adventure Park activities due to safety for technical reasons (fire, storms, fog, wind, etc.)
The use of Adventure park Krvavec under the influence of alcohol or any other drug is not permitted, nor is the use of Adventure park permitted for those subject to epileptic seizures.
Smoking, use of open fire and throwing of cigarette ends and litter is forbidden on all lifts and in Adventure Park (due to fire danger on the lift path).
We recommend sport shoes and clothes.
The use of Adventure Park Krvavec out of opening hours is strictly forbidden!
The last entry to Adventure park is at 3.30 pm, from 1st September at 2.30 pm.
Children under 15 years of age are allowed to visit Adventure park only accompanied by an adult with valid ticket! For 3 children – 1 adult.
Children up to 6 years old can use cable cars without ticket only in company of parents. To visit the Adventure Park they need a valid children ticket for park.
Children up to 14,99 years of age may purchase childrens' ticket on the basis of proof of age.
Youths from 15 to 18,99 years of age may purchase youths' ticket on the basis of proof of age.
Senior over 65 years of age (born on 1958 or earlier) may purchase seniors' ticket on the basis of proof of age.
Invalids of I. and II. category with a proof of disability and their companion are entitled to a 10% discount at the cashiers' desk.
Blind or visualy impaired as well as their companions are entitled to a 50% discount at the cashiers' desk.
Upon presenting the status evidence, youth, children, seniors, disabled of I. and II. category and their companions, are entitled to a discounted price for the tickets specially marked in the price list. The tickets are valid only with the proof of age or status.
A visitor wishing to be granted a discount must prove entitlement to discount by means of appropriate document (parents or accompanying persons the age of a child) if so requested by the cashier, inspector or any other authorized person.

All discounted tickets require a proof of eligibility and can only be purchased for the same day use at the cashiers' desk (purchasing in advance is not available)

Discounts cannot be cumulated. Time limited discounts can only be used during their validity period.

Adrenalin park ticket includes a return cable car ride and 4-seater chairlift Tiha dolina and three-hour use of adrenalin park.

Ticket Krvavec All inclusive includes unlimited number of rides with cable car and 4-seater chairlift Tiha dolinA, 3 - hour entrance in Adventure park, unlimited number of tube descents and 3 rides with mountain go-cards. Ticket is not transferable.

11.3 Mountain Go-Karting

Use of mountain go-karts is permitted only for the regulated marked route; do not leave it and only be driven after.
Children younger than 7 years the use is prohibited.
The use is permitted persons who are not heavier than 100 kg.
Mountain go-kart is designed to run only one person.
Participants must use safety helmets.
Recommended the use of protective equipment.
Only use adequately sized go-kart.
Check and properly store items in your pockets that you do not lose them during the descent.
Make sure that any part of the clothing will not interfere with the descent and arrived between the wheels or brake.
Check the brakes before starting using go-kart.
The first ride should be given to understanding the course of the track.
Adapt your speed characteristics and the situation on the track, especially in the case of bad weather. Always keep going at a speed that you can control to stop safely.
The steering wheel all the time hold with both hands in such a way that it can use the brake lever at all times.
Always brake with both brakes at the same time.
Tilt your body on the inside of the bend.
Mountain go-kart is designed to drive forward, reverse is prohibited.
In the case of any technical failure, the drive to the mountain go-kart must be stopped immediately.
Mountain go-kart and roller drive according to the knowledge and experience.
Never undermine other.
User is strictly prohibited in any processed or altered the course of lines or barriers to it.
Climbing route, either on foot or by go-kart is strictly prohibited.
Riding down the track is at user's own risk.
Use of Mountain go-kart is at your own risk.
Adrenalin descends with mountain go-karts and mountain bikes on Bambino route includes the leased number of rides with 4-seater chairlift Tiha dolina and renting the equipment. Cable car ride is only included in Five rides ticket for singular person.

11.4 Tube descents

Using the tube, one must be seated so that legs are hanging out of the tube. The route can be used by people who are at least 1 m high and at least 4 years old.
Rope for towing must be placed in the interior of the tube before the activity. Before the descent, it is necessary to grasp the handles on the tire.
Descent is completely closed when the track is wet or when rain begins. It is also prohibited the descent without the permission of authorized personnel.
The descent of several persons in the tire at the same time IS PROHIBITED.
Before the descent, it is necessary to make sure that the entire track and the final part of the course is free.
Tube descent ticket includes unlimited number of descents and use of the conveyor belt. Mentioned ticket does not include cable car ride nor 4-seater chairlift Tiha dolina.

11.5 BIKE PARK

Riding on the tracks of Bike Park Krvavec (the Bike Park) is on your own risk and responsibility.
Visitors with bicycles must buy a ticket for the Bike Park in order to use the cable car.
We reserve the right to change operating hours of the Bike Park in case of bad weather or maintanance.
Track may only be used during summer Cable car operating hours.
Bikes can be transported by Cable car or 4-chair lift.
Before the use of the cable car the bike has to be cleaned.
In case the user is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the Bike Park is FORBIDDEN.
Adjust speed to your skill level. Trails have jumps, bands, drops… Be especially cautious during the first ride. The first ride should be intended for getting to know the tracks and their obstacles.
It is compulsory to follow the marks and signs alongside and on the tracks and other information told by the bike park management.
Adjust the riding speed to your biking skills and conditions on the tracks.
Faster bikers must choose the line of the ride so that they do not endanger the bikers in front of them.
Stopping on the demanding and /or on non‐visible parts of the tracks, except in emergency, is forbidden. In case you must stop on the track, leave it as soon as possible. Before going back on the track again, make sure you do not endanger yourself or others.
Do not endanger other bikers, especially less skilled ones.
Parts of the trails run along public roads and forrest paths used by other people. On roads you have to follow road rules. Bikers have to ride at the right edge of the road. This also holds true for the road between upper cable car station and Jezerca plato.
Do not leave marked tracks and ride only on marked ones. Cycling out of the marked track of the bike park is forbidden.
Riding on the closed parts of the bike park is strictly forbidden. There can be maintenance in progress. In case of logging some parts of the trails may be closed for safety reasons.
It is strictly forbidden for users to rearrange or change the course of the tracks of the bike park, or any obstacles on them.
Walking on the tracks of the bike park, climbing them on foot or cycling , because of security reasons, is strictly forbidden.
Bikers should not try to ride more difficult terrains than they can safely handle using their skills and equipment.
Riding the trails with motorized vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Daily Bike Park ticket is valid on the day of first use. It includes transport of bike with cable car, transfer with 4-chair lift (during operating hours) and usage of Bike Park.
3-hour Bike Park ticket is valid on the day of first use. It includes transport of bike with cable car, transfer with 4-chair lift (during operating hours) and usage of Bike Park for the specified time period.
Single ride Bike Park ticket is valid on the day of first use. It includes transport of bike with cable car, transfer with 4-chair lift (during operating hours) and usage of Bike Park.
Seasonal Gravity Card with a photo is issued on a name of the owner and it is not transferable. On Krvavec it allows you bike transfer, unlimited number of rides with cable car and 4-seater chairlift Tiha dolina and use of Bike Park.

In case of accident:

Injuries are a common and expected part of mountain‐biking. In case of an accident call the number 112.
The route is not under constant supervision. We would like to remind people to carry a mobile phone and have a local emergency contact available.

Equipment for the use of Bike park Krvavec:

The Bike Park trails are specifically designed for full suspension mountain bikes. The trails are rocky, bumpy and become much more difficult without high quality suspension. Without full suspension, fatigue becomes a factor much sooner. The steep grades necessitate disc brakes for adequate stopping power. Cantilever brakes will increase the fatigue factor as more effort will be required to maintain control. All Bike Park participants should ride a properly sized bike and should be able to stand over the seat with their feet flat on the ground. A bike that is too large or with a high seat post increases the risk of injury.
You must wear a helmet In Bike Park Krvavec. We suggest using a full face helmet, gloves, full body armor with back protection, neck guard, knee and elbow guards and special shoes.

These operating conditions are composed and published in accordance with the regulation of the Article 54 of the law on cable facilities for person transportation (Ur.l.RS 126/03).
