TERMS OF PURCHASE AND VALIDITY

Presale valid from 10.9. till 30.9.2023 Age categories: CHILDREN UNDER 14,99 (born in 2008 or later) Children under 5,99 years (born 2017 or later) may ski with a free ski pass if they are accompanied by their parents who have valid ski pass. All children that are skiing independently and/or are skiing in ski clubs, schools and courses with a coach or a leader need a valid ski pass. YOUTH 15 to 18,99 (born between 2004 and 2007). SENIOR older than 65 years (born before 1957) ski passes are valid with a proof of status or age. Ski passes are not transferable, except 5x daily. On the day of visit, you need to have one valid ski pass. Discount tickets – for Youth, seniors and students are valid only when accompanied with the appropriate document that proves the person’s age or status. A photo is mandatory, when you buy seasonal ski pass. Pre-purchased ski passes (daily and 5x daily for a season) are valid for two winter seasons. Except hour and season tickets, that are valid for one season. *Seasonal ticket MON-FRI is a seasonal ski pass, valid MON – FRI (holidays excluded), school holidays included. From 15. 3. 2023 on valid all days in the week and has 70 days snow warranty. Expired ski passes can be prolonged with for one winter season with a surcharge according to a valid pricelist. Ski passes with the number 1-1700-etc can be prolonged at Krvavec sales point, and ski passes with number 1-1703-etc can be prolonged at Rogla sales points. Valid ski passes cannot be prolonged. There is no compensation for lost ski passes. Purchased ski passes cannot be returned or refunded. Access control has video surveillance, ski pass buyers are informed of it at the access points of cable car and cashier offices of RTC Krvavec. By purchasing the ski pass the buyer has been informed of this. With video surveillance we till not interfere with the privacy of the buyers and users, they are used only to compare video excerpts of passing of individual ski pass based on its serial number, we enforce all legal provisions of ZVOP-1 (personal data security law). Misuse of the tickets is penalized in accordayce with the provisions of the terms and conditions. Prices are in EUR, VAT included. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.
