Vision and goals

Krvavec is considered one of the best maintained and visited ski resorts in Slovenia. Looking ahead, by investing in new programs of additional offer and investing in new knowledge of the employees, we will stay and become attractive both in winter and summer, both to domestic and foreign guests, individuals and families. Our goal is to become the best developed ski center in Slovenia, which will be comparable to similar centers throughout Europe.

Strategy

We will achieve the goal we set ourselves with qualified, creative people who are ready to accept new challenges. We will strive to:

Train and motivate employees and thus increase their contribution and belonging to society.
Develop new products that will contribute to a more comprehensive offer of ski resorts and increase competitiveness.
Enter new sales markets and strengthen existing ones, thus increasing market share.
Observe legal and other regulations and thus achieve high safety on the ski slope.
Achieve results that will satisfy all parties involved.
